Belly Binding & Massage

In fact, belly binding mainly targets the following five major issues:

1. Repairing diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles)

2. Alleviating pain issues

3. Facilitating organ realignment

4. Strengthening abdominal muscles

5. Improving metabolic circulation

Ultimately, achieving health and enhancing appearance.

The therapist utilizes a two-in-one belly binding technique. Firstly, Indonesian knotting belly wraps are applied, securing around the pelvis and waist. This method involves knotting from bottom to top, cinching the pelvis and repairing the separated abdominal muscles, addressing postpartum organ prolapse issues and promoting organ realignment. It also provides support to the waist, alleviating lower back pain. Lastly, stiff Balinese fabric is applied externally to stabilize the waist, achieving shaping and posture correction effects.

1. Correcting pelvic misalignment

2. Alleviating pain caused by incomplete pubic symphysis closure

3. Realigning the hip bones

4. Reducing gynecological diseases

5. Improving urinary incontinence

Moreover, it enhances sexual intimacy and delays uterine aging.

Lactation Massage

This service can address issues such as engorged breasts, insufficient milk supply, mastitis, breast tenderness, nipple damage, low milk production, and blocked milk ducts. Techniques include milk expression, acupressure massage, and providing proper guidance on breastfeeding to help mothers successfully nurse their babies!

Pregnancy Massage

Three stages of pregnancy

Early Pregnancy (Before 13 Weeks):

During this stage, many expectant mothers may feel tired and sleepy due to changes in their body. It's advisable to rest more during this stage to avoid excessive stress or physical exhaustion, reducing the risk of bleeding. It's not recommended to undergo any massage or vigorous exercise during early pregnancy, making prenatal massage more suitable for the next stage.

Mid-Pregnancy (13 - 27 Weeks):

From 13 to 27 weeks, expectant mothers can undergo prenatal massage. Recommended techniques include gentle strokes and kneading. The focus is on addressing lower back pain with palm pressing, finger pressing, and kneading techniques.

Late Pregnancy (28 - 36 Weeks):

Professional prenatal massage therapists will focus on massaging the sciatic nerve and lower limbs as needed, along with providing moderate massage for the lower back and hands.

*It's recommended for mothers to undergo prenatal massage from 12 to 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Throughout the entire 40 weeks of pregnancy, we must appreciate the hard work of expectant mothers, who tirelessly prepare for their babies both physically and mentally. We understand the anticipation and challenges they face, as expectant mothers may experience fatigue due to hormonal changes, affecting both their physical and mental well-being, along with potential changes in their skin condition.

Prenatal massage has long been popular abroad, and our Balinese prenatal massage technique prioritizes the comfort and safety of mothers. To make it convenient for expectant mothers to relax at home, we offer door-to-door prenatal massage services, allowing mothers to enjoy hotel-like services without leaving their homes.
